We shall provide entire catering service to the premises.
We will provide all raw materials including cooking gas, grocery, vegetables etc.
We will provide food beverages to the guests/visitors/Hospital Staffs/Doctors at mutually agreeable prices on CASH.
The Pantry shall serve eatables & beverages only on Cash basis.
The Hospitals shall provide a specific area for production, storage, serving & dining inside the premises.
The Hospitals shall provide a changing room cum rest room for the Staff.
The Hospital shall provide Electricity at its own cost.
The Hospital will procure all licenses require for catering in the premises.
Service of Hot Tea/ Coffee would be served as per instructed timing by the host.
Aayush Food Hospitality Service will charge on actual for cold drinks, Juice, Soda & Mineral Water.
Invoice will be submitted to the institute/ hospital on a monthly basis before 10thof next month & need to paid by 15th of every month.
A minimum guarantee of 30 Patients per day in require after 60 days from the date of commencement of the agreement.
We have approved by GST. / FOOD./MEDICAL & HEALTH Department.
We have approved “FOOD QUALITY” by FASSI.
We have approved ESI/PF & LABOURS by Central Government.

These general terms and conditions apply for all services and deliveries by Aayush Food Hospitality Services.
The agreed prices Exclude the current statutory Taxes. Should the rate of taxes applicable to the contractual services increase or decrease after the conclusion of the contract, the Tax shall be added accordingly.
We undertakes no liability for the shelf life of the food which is taken away from outside after for private consumption. We take care about the quality of food which is served from our side.
We will have the authority for fine-tune FOOD MENU according to easily available Vegetable in Market & for that there would not be any claim for compensation.
